2015 Opel/Vauxhaull Corsa

The Corsa has been around since 1982 and sits just below the Astra as Opel/Vauxhaull's main supermini. The current generation of the Corsa is called the "D" and has been around since 2006. Available as 3 and 5 door hatch. With a variety of economical petrol and diesel engines to choose from and trim levels the Corsa is easily a very customisable car.

The styling of the new car certainly looks attractive, the new car appears to be half Opel Adam half Astra. Its new headlights for example stream into the front fenders, the whole front facia looks sleaker and sportier than before. However the rear of new car looks a bit bland, a bit to much like the current Astra but perhaps this just takes getting used to. Then we get to the interior and joy of joys it is much nicer then the current Corsa, there is more of an upmarket look about it and it has the new intellilink touch screen unit found in the Adam and new Insignia.

The new car will inevitably come as a 3 and 5 door hatch with a a variety of eco friendly petrol and diesel engines. You will also be able to buy a sporty SRi which should be a looker aswel as the high performance OPC/VXR model which is rumoured to put out 197 BHP, the same as a Toyota GT86. Sales are expected in January 2015 and while no official pricing
has been announced yet it will probably start between €13,000 and €14,000.
